Alice Lussiana Parente is an award-winning Italian actress, voice over talent and teaching artist based in New York City. Raised in an artistically inclined and creative household, she started dancing and playing the piano at the age of ten. Shortly after, she was invited to join the professional company of young actors “Il Piccolo Teatro d’Arte,” where she was part of all the major productions for the following eight years.
She decided to move to New York City after graduating college with flying colors with a thesis on child actors. Selected Theatre credits include: The Sandalwood Box, Not my Monster (The Flea Theatre) Event Horizon (John Gould Rubin), A Mother’s Heart (The Brick), Richard III (Gallery Players), Pippi Longstocking (Theatre of Rome/National Tour), Barefoot in The Park (Theatre Massaia), Il Falso Magnifico (Commedia dell’Arte/ National Tour). Selected Film/TV credits include: Onirica (MayFilm) Miracle Tunes (Cartoonito), Peopling the Palace (Peter Greenaway/Volumina), Life Bites (Disney Channel) and Richard the Lionheart (Lionsgate Home).
As a Voice Over Talent she has worked on several industrials, animations, commercials and audiobooks (Audible Studios). Recent credits include Mickey Mouse Shorts (Disney), The international campaign of Signorina by Salvatore Ferragamo, The Last Knight (The MET Museum), Pavarotti (Ron Howard/ Imagine Entertainment).
Alice trained at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York, and holds a BA in Cinema from the University of Turin. She is a resident company member of the Flea Theatre and Kairos Italy Theatre.
